What We Offer
JZ Styles offers high quality hair extensions, hair products, hair education, and salon services. We also enroll new students every quarter at our one-of-a-kind Hair Designer School, JZ Academy.

Class Waitlist
After selecting a sold out class, enter your email address in the waitlist box.
Cancellation Policy
If you can’t attend your class, contact JZ Styles support. Our policy is: no refunds, transfers or exchanges.
Class Email Schedule
Class emails are sent out 2-3 weeks before the class.
Class Kit Delivery
You will receive the kit before the class. Expect the kit to arrive within a week of
the class. Email customer service if you want kit tracking information.
For Utah classes, we do not ship the kit. It will be waiting for you on class day.
Rooms at the Class Hotel
JZ does not save a block of rooms. You are more than welcome to book a room the class hotel. We do not provide hotel room discounts for classes.
What to Bring to Class
Color and Business Class: Notepad for notes is useful.
Hair Certification: Bring your JZ supplied kit, a mannequin head, and stand. All are
required. JZ does not provide a mannequin head or stand.

Gift Certificates
Online Gift Certificates
Online gift certificates can only be used for online purchases at www.jzstyles.com. Online gift certificates cannot be used at JZ Salon or JZ Academy.
Physical (In-Person) Gift Certificates
Physical JZ Salon gift cards can be purchased in person at the salon.

The JZ Hair Care Line
We have our very own Hair Care Line made up of sulfate-free products that are perfect for all hair types, with or without extensions. Currently we offer a shampoo, conditioner, and hair serum.
The Prenup Shampoo & The Sugar Daddy Conditioner
Our shampoo and conditioner are free from phthalates, parabens & sulfate. They have a delicious cranberry, grape & orange scent and are perfect for all hair types. Both the shampoo and conditioner come in 3 sizes: 2oz (60ml), 10.1 oz (300 ml), and 33. oz (1 Liter).
To Rosé Hair Shine Serum
Our hair serum is an all-in-one treat to tame frizz and add shine to your hair. It is perfect for all hair types and is sulfate-free.

the product has not been opened or used.
Exchanges must be the same or lesser price. A refund will be issued for lower
priced exchanges.

Discontinued Colors
The Emily, The Sarah, The Stormi, The Peyton, The Colly, and The MaryKate have all been discontinued.
Hair Returns & Exchanges
You can return/exchange the product within 30 days from the day of receipt as
long as the hair has not been worn, damaged, or removed from the original
packaging. **Note: If the product has been opened or used, it will be sent back to
the customer.**
Once we receive the original order, we will notify you via email. You can then call
and pay for the shipping fee and we will send out the replacement hair.

How to Care for your Hair Extensions
Let's face it, extensions are expensive. In order to protect and lengthen the life of your hair, we recommend these tips.
Warranty
JZ Styles offers the best hair extensions on the market. Keep in mind that hair extensions need proper hair care to last. Please review our Hair Care Recommendations.
The JZ Styles hair warranty expires after six months. JZ Styles cannot guarantee the hair once it has been colored or toned. JZ Styles reserves the right to decide if we will warranty worn hair.
Holiday Hours
Retail Hours
While we don’t offer in-store pickup, you can shop at our retail store Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm or Saturday from 9am - 2pm. We are closed on all major holidays.
Salon Hours
Our Salon front desk can assist you Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm.
Salon Front Desk is not available on Saturdays. If you have questions, send us an email or give us a call. We are closed on all major holidays.

Shipping Outside of the US
We ship to Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and US.
We ship all orders the same or next business day. Depending on your location, expect 2-6 business days for express. For standard, expect 5-10 business days
Using JZ Products Internationally
Our curling irons and blow dryers will work internationally. However, you may need an electrical adaptor.
JZ curling irons use Type A or B electrical plugs. To see pictures of plug types,
visit: Plug & socket types (worldstandards.eu). For countries that don't have type
A or B receptacles, you can purchase a plug adaptor that converts your home country plug to type A/B receptacle.

Color Matching Policy
We get many requests to color match hair. We love to help! However, JZ Styles cannot guarantee hair color suggestions and we cannot be held liable for suggestions. Ultimately, the stylist and client decide together what hair color is best.

Salon Policies
If a client is 30+ minutes late to an appointment, the client will need to reschedule.
If a client no shows or cancels within 24 hours before appointment, the client will be charged a fee. The fee depends on the service.

JZ Hair Extensions
JZ Styles® Hair is single-donor cuticle human hair. This means the hair cuticle is intact and laying in its natural direction. We offer installation tools for stylists, brushes, shampoo & conditioner, hair serum, hot tools, and merchandise. Shop for our products here.

Return/Exchange Schedule
At this time, we don't take returns on Saturdays in JZ Styles Salon/Retail.
JZ Styles cannot issue refunds until the next business day after an order is placed.

The original shipping cost paid for the order is not included in the refund for returns.

Our full-service salon offers extension installations, coloring, styling and cuts. We also offer spray tans!

We ship to the USA, Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, and United Kingdom. If we don't support your country yet, please contact us and we will see what we can do!
Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
Orders that we receive before 2:00 pm (mountain time) ship out that day. Orders received after 2:00 pm (mountain time) ship out the next business day. Orders placed Friday after 4 PM (mountain time) will ship the following business day.
Delivery Estimation
Ground, once fulfilled, takes 3-8 business days.
Express, once fulfilled, takes 2-5 business days.
Overnight, once fulfilled, takes 1-3 business days.
Canada Express Worldwide, once fulfilled, takes 2-6 business days.
JZ Styles cannot guarantee the time it takes for shipping, especially over weekends.
Shipping with Buy Now Pay Later
There is no shipping delay with Buy Now Pay Later orders.

Retail Store
At this time, we do not provide in-store pickup. All jzstyles.com online orders are shipped. You can stop by our retail store to purchase our products Monday-Friday from 9-5 pm (mountain time) and Saturday 9-2 pm.

JZ Styles cannot guarantee cancelled orders will not be shipped. We will do our best.
